Place it in the fridge or freezer to set.I usually pour the chocolate mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes and bring it to room temperature and keep it in the fridge. Now pour the dark chocolate mixture into the molds.Reduce the heat to low (on a number scale, 1) and add the maple syrup.I always sift the cacao powder separately.
